Hello, Cosmic Tribe, and welcome to another week of the weekly astrology forecast. 2025 is unfolding slowly, but things will soon speed up. Be patient and focus on your planning.

On Monday, January 27th, we start the week with the Moon in Capricorn. I live in Australia, so I use the AEST timezone, but if you live in a timezone behind, please remember to adjust for the time difference. With the Moon in Capricorn in the balsamic phase, we have entered the darkest part of the month. We go within and take time to review our projects, as the Capricorn archetype helps us make sense of our situation this Monday.

The beginning of the week should be slow; if there's a project you care about, this is your time to do some reviewing and take a deeper look into planning. The start of the week is practical, and while the Moon travels through Capricorn, connecting with Mother Earth is always a great practice. As long as the Moon is in the balsamic phase, we want to take our time. In Australia, this will cover all of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, while in the Northern Hemisphere, it will be the whole of Monday and most of Tuesday.

Early in the week, an opposition between the Moon and Mars could trigger some tensions; our emotions might be challenged due to family events. With the Moon waning and Mars retrograding, we may not have the speed we desire; on the contrary, we might feel overloaded with work and nothing moving forward.

On Monday and Tuesday, we also have Mercury entering Aquarius, and the energy is building up to a New Moon and an Aquarius stellium.

Last week, we spoke about the Sun-Pluto conjunction; this week we have Mercury, Pluto, the Sun, and the Moon all in Aquarius.

The New Moon will occur on January 29th ( around 11:00 pm AEST, early in the day in the time zones behind ) at 9 degrees of Aquarius. Where is this in your natal chart? Understanding where Aquarius is in your chart and if the Moon makes any aspects with your natal planets can help in setting intentions and working with the Moon cycles on a much deeper level.

This is the first New Moon in Aquarius conjunct Pluto.

Today, I discussed Pluto with a friend and had a profound realization: we often anticipate a dark aspect associated with this planet; however, Pluto's influence is crucial for guiding us through the darkness.

In the myth, Pluto abducted Persephone but eventually fell in love with her and crowned her as the queen of the underworld.

The story tells that Ceres, Persephone's mother and the goddess of grain, grieved so deeply after losing her daughter that nothing would grow, leading to starvation among people. In response, Zeus compelled Pluto to return Persephone.

Persephone consumed six pomegranate seeds while in the underworld, which bound her to return only for six months each year.

Thus, Persephone embodies Spring; her return brings joy to her mother, resulting in the warm season favorable for growing grain. Conversely, when Persephone departs, Ceres' sorrow descends upon the land, marking the cold months during which nothing flourishes.

This illustrates that sometimes we need opposites to establish balance and that we need to live in a place of control of our own power and inner strength

To cut it short, that is how I see this New Moon: a rebirth from the To make it brief, that’s how I view this New Moon: a rebirth from the underworld, the time to plant a seed for our spring, for our inner blossoming, and for liberation from everything that has kept us in captivity.

This new moon holds the potential for significant transformation, and as it rises, we might witness an increase in rebellion. Now is the time to plant the seed of authenticity within yourself.

The Aquarius Archetype encourages us to break free from societal norms, guiding us to set intentions that foster revelation, attract our tribe, envision the future, nurture compassion, and delve deeper into practices like astrology and numerology.

Explore where Aquarius resides in your chart to identify how you can integrate these qualities into your life. Write down your intentions and infuse some eccentric flair into your rituals for this New Moon. Additionally, a trine with Jupiter is greatly supporting this lunation, paving the way for positive changes and marking the beginning of an Aquarius era that promises further awakening and spiritual growth.

The end of the week the energy of the New Moon will still very strong.

We are now starting a new cycle a new beginning, fresh new opportunities, when we work with the lunar cycle, it is very important to leave the things that didn't work behind without attachment.

Thursday ( Wednesday in time zones behind ) a conjunction between Neptune, Venus, and the North node in Pisces brings a beautiful energy of love, creativity, and spiritual unity.

This conjunction will be building up and the energy will be felt throughout the weekend as well,

Saturday also, Saturday, and Sunday in Australia (Friday and Saturday in time zones behind) will see four planets in Pisces, along with the North Node: the Moon, Saturn, Venus, and Neptune. I interpret this as a strong sign regarding the discovery of our soul's direction. The weekend will be an excellent time to meet new people, particularly for Pisces, Cancer, and Scorpio, blessed by this Piscean energy. Creativity, love, and finances could receive a positive boost. Check where Pisces is located in your chart. For all of us, this is a period of intense spiritual development; this week signifies the opening of a portal, a time for growth and setting intentions for the new moon, but also for two new chapters: 20 years of Pluto in Aquarius and 18 months of the nodes in Pisces-Virgo. We are opening to be our true Selves—empowered revolutionaries ready to embrace change and to leap through the dimensional energetic portal. The spiritual work and union with the source bring awe and gratitude for the present moment. With Pisces, we look within and learn that everything we need is already within us, and we embody divinity as an expression of divine creation and wisdom. If we seek answers outside ourselves or practice forms of control, the Pisces energy could become distorted, and we may encounter the shadow side, making it difficult to see clearly or to follow our path.

Stay true to your inner wisdom.

Thank you

Love

Vanessa
